I'm Ann Kent

If you’ve ever tried to change the way you eat – maybe you’re trying to manage your weight or control a health condition – it can feel overwhelming to know where to start.

I practice an Intuitive Eating approach to nutrition, so my job as your nutrition coach – rather than just tell you what to eat – is to guide you to listen to and trust your body, while learning how to fuel it the way it needs.

Ann helped me to frame the new diet in a healthy way to avoid triggering disordered eating behaviors. She also explained how my body is processing foods right now and how to work with my body instead of seeing the diet as a restriction. She gave me concrete ideas for how to plan foods that will work with my diet that are also enjoyable for me.
